Cecil Howard

Cecil Eugene Howard passed away peacefully Thursday, January 25, 2018, of dementia. He was at home surrounded by most of his immediate family.

He was born May 15, 1944, at Hanford, WA. Cecil attended school with the Class of 1962 but graduated from Richland's Columbia High School with the Class of 1963, where he known as a class cut-up.

After graduation, Cecil joined the Army Reserve and served over 10 years. He worked all over Washington state until he moved to Alaska, where he met his wife, Beverly Ann; they married May 4, 1972.

Cecil is survived by his wife, Beverly; three daughters: Lisa Jacob, Tammy Scoval and Toni Corrigan (husband Jay); 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his older brother, Radphord "Leon" Howard ('60) (wife Diana) who still lives in the Tri-Cities; three aunts; 123 first cousins and a myriad of extended family cousins.

Cecil was preceded in death by his father, Radphord Howard; his mother, Maxine; four uncles and three aunts. There will be a memorial announced later.
