Richard "Dick"/"Terrell" Wheeler was born March 7, 1944, in Batesville, AK to Charles Orville Wheeler and Mattie Esther Ingram Wheeler. He passed away at the age of 52 in Kennewick on October 24, 1996.

His only sibling, Barbara Sue Wheeler, was born July 7, 1942, and passed away on July 8, 1942.

Terrell graduated with the Class of 1962 from Richland's Columbia High School.

Terrell married Mary Gooldey in 1964 in AK when he was 20 years old. His second marriage was to Helen O. Richardson on June 12, 1968, in Harris, TX when he was 24 years old. Mary passed away in 1995. Helen passed away in 2008, in AK.

His mother, Mattie Esther Ingram, was born February 20, 1921, in Huff, AK and passed away at the age of 90 on May 16, 2011, in Farmington, MO.

His father, Charles Orville Wheeler, was born September 19, 1917, in Independence County, AK and passed away at the age of 80 in 1997 in Colville, WA.
