Anne Louise Persons, age 50, died in Bellevue, July 17, 1994.

Anne was born June 7, 1944, in Hanford, WA, to Marian and Harold Persons. She joined a brother, Gary ('57), and sister, Derrith ( '60 honorary).

She graduated from Columbia High School in Richland in 1962. Anne earned degrees in both business and education from Eastern Washington University and subsequently taught business courses at several local colleges. She later went to work for the Black Angus, setting up financial systems for their new stores and worked as a computer engineer for NCR for the next 15 years. In the past 18 months, Anne operated her own business as a computer consultant.

She is survived by her brother, Gary Persons ('57) of Spokane; her sister, Derrith Persons Dean ('60 honorary) of Kennewick; her parents, Harold and Marian Persons of Kennewick; one niece, four nephews, eight grand-nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were held Wednesday, July 20, 1994, at First United Methodist Church, 1934 108th N.E., Bellevue and on Friday, July 22, 1994, at Central United Protestant Church in Richland.

Memorial tributes may be donated to the local Alzheimer's Association in honor of Anne's mother: c/o Harold Persons; 2105 N. Steptoe, #4; Kennewick 99336. Arrangements were handled by Green Funeral Home in Bellevue.
