PENNY LOU NELSON ~ Class of 1962
August 16, 1944 - March 20, 1999



Penny Lou Nelson was born to Perciville "Percy" E. and Lois Jacobs Nelson as their only child on August 16, 1944, in Troy, Ohio. She passed away on March 20, 1999, at the age of 54.

She graduated with the Class of 1962 from Richland's Columbia High School.

When she was 21 she married Howard Edward "Butch" Phillips in Washington, Minnesota on January 25, 1966. To this union twin daughters were born in 1966. They were divorced on January 6, 1972, in Minnesota after five years of marriage.

Her dad passed away at the age of 90 on October 23, 2002, in Centuria, Wisconsin. Her mom passed away at the age of 92 on December 1, 2007. Howard passed away at the age of 76 on September 8, 2017, in St. Paul, Minnosota in 2017.
