Richard Clair Miller was born April 3, 1944, and passed away at the age of 71 in Richland on September 3, 2015.

He graduated with the Class of 1962 from Richland's Columbia High School.

Richard married Nancy Nelson on December 5, 1970; they were divorced on September 18, 1972. His second marriage was to Beverly Louise Wirth on May 11, 1978; they were divorced on October 16, 1984.
