Jerry Hurley, of Fort Collins, CO passed away on December 25, 2013, in Billings, MT at the age of 69.

Thankfully he had celebrated Christmas Eve with Mass and our traditional fondue dinner with all of his kids and grandkids. We will cherish the memories of that night forever.

Jerry was born the third son of Philip and Helen Hurley on February 24, 1944, in Kansas City, MO. His siblings were Mary Jo, Phil ('57) and Dan.

His family moved to Richland when he was very young. He graduated from Richland's Columbia High School in 1962 and Gonzaga University. He earned his PhD at Montana State University. He completed post-graduate work at North Carolina A&T and Baylor College of Medicine.

While attending MSU he met and married Margaret "Mike" Antonsen. They had three children: Sharon, Philip and Robert. They later divorced.
