Dallas Alfred Hoover ^Jr was born on September 21, 1944, in Youngston, Ohio. His parents were Dallas A. Hoover ^Sr and Verna B. Hoover. His brother is Clif Hoover ('66).

He attended Jefferson Grade School, Chief Jo Junior High School and graduated with the Class of 1962 from Richland's Columbia High School.

Dallas married Susan Baker ('64). To this union, two children were born. He and Susan later divorced.

He passed away on August 5, 2020. His green burial was in Goldendale, WA.

NOTE: His father passed away November 30, 1986, his mother passed away November 13, 1994 and his brother, Clif Hoover ('66) , passed away November 19, 2020.
